S. Stevens, W. Chetham, Kay, A. Briscoe Moore, Bettersworth, Woods, Williams, Gardiner and Hewlett. The treasurer’s report, showing a balance of £(>2 0/5 in hand, was adopted. The following officers were elected. — President, Mr A. Briscoe Moore; vicepresidents, Messrs Williams and .1. McKay; treasurer, Mr W. Chetham; executive, Messrs Woods and d. Phillips; conference delegates, Messrs R. McKenzie, W. Kay, Williams and (.’hotham.
