THREE TO ONE MAJORITY

The ballots, taken yesterday, of the miners at Rotowaro, Renown, Glen Aftou and McDonald mines on the question of whether the men were in favour of resinning work or not, resulted in an almost three to one majority voting in favour of the strike.
The returns announced were: —For resuming work, S 3; against, 218.
