Tlic chairman of llio Auckland Education Board reported to-day that unemployment anion" teachers was even more acute than in previous years. At the beginning’ of the second term, there would he oO.'J ex-students of 1 lie Training’ College not permanently employed, and of these 17 had temporary employment ns relieving teachers. Those who had been temporarily employed for the whole of the current term would be replaced next term by others.
