NEW SERVICE INAUGURATED

The Secretary for India, Sir Samuel Hoare, today inaugurated the new radio telephone service between England and India by talking with Sir Frederick Sykes, Governor of Bombay. He expressed the view that the most dangerous; enemies to Anglo-Indian ro-

lations were ignorance and misunderstanding. Their power would be greatly diminished by the spoken’ voice.
