“During my period of responsibility difficult times have been with us. Somebody has to be blamed for them- and that .person is me*” said the Prime Minister during a visit to the sports yesterday.
“If it is only the blame then itCdoea not matter,” added Mr Forbes, “for we shall see things through. We have problems but be overcome—, they’ are merely to test us and find out what stamina we have.”
