KNOCKED DOWN BY TRAM
ITKHPKR AND BLIND MaN. (Special to "Northern Advocate, -- ) A LCKLAND, This Day. hilo loading a blind man across Hobson Street yesterday afternoon, Mr diaries Cook, aged about 50, living at Oil Hobson Street, was knocked down by a tramcar and received concussion. He was taken to (lie hospital by the St. Joint Ambulance, where his condition is reported to bo not serious. The blind man, Mr F. MeI -1 .'irlane, was also slightly hurt. The injured titan was loading Mr Me Fa rlane, who lives at 227 Hobson Street, across the road in the vicinity of: his home. Neither appeared to see the tram and failed to avoid it. Mr McFarlane received attention at the casualty ward.
