Another crisis in the Lancashire cotton industry has developed in consequence of the delegates of the meeting of the Operative Spinners’ Amalgamation overwhelmingly refusing to ratify iast week’s agreement. The spinners therefore will not resume work ou Monday at mills where the now terms are enforced. The decision affects 200,000 workers.
