LITTLE GIRL DEAD. . SEARCH BY . MOTHER. DOLL GIVES CLUE.' ' (Special to “Northern Advocate:”) PALMERSTON N., TJiis Day. A tragedy involving the death of a girl two and a half years of age, occurred at Sandon yesterday. Mrs. L. Richards, the mother, noticed the absence of the child, and, making a search, noticed a doll floating .. in a small pool four feet deep - in an adjoining section. The mother plunged in and found the child’s body on the bottom -of the pool. Help was summoned, and an attempt made to restore life, but when the doctor arrived the girl was dead. The family took up residence in Sandon only a few days -ago, coming from Bulls. ’ -mr
