TANG ITERORIA CASE. REMANDED TO WHANGAREL (Special to “Northern Advocate.”) AUCKLAND, This Day. Described as a clerk, George Montgomery, aged 34, appeared in the Police Court this morning charged, with the theft of £7 10/-, belonging to the Post-master-General, at Tangiteroria, on May 28. Tn obtaining a remand to Whangarei on September 22, Detective-Sergeant McHugh said-it was alleged the total deficiency was £11;",’ Accused was, a civil servant. ' Bail in one surety of £lo,fl was allowed.
