MANDATE COMMISSION
THE PALESTINE REPORT. (British Official Wireless.) (Received 9 a.m.) RUGBY, June 11. Dr. Drummond Shiels, Under-Secre-tary for the Colonies, will leave tomorrow for Geneva to attend the forthcoming session of the Permanent Mandates Commission as the accredited representative of the United Kingdom Government for the examination of the annual report on Palestine.
