Collection. 344 LOCAL BODY NOTICES QNERAHI TOAYN BOARD Public Notice is hereby given that the Ouerahi Town Board, in pursuance and exercise of its powers under the Town Boards’ Act, IPOB, The Municipal Corporations’ Act, .1908, The Municipal Corporations’ Act, 1920, The Rating Act, 1920, The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1920, and all Amendments thereof respectively and every other power it enabling, intends at its mooting to be held on July 14th,, 1931, to make and levy the following Rates and Pees: — An Amalgamated Rate of 6d in the £ in lieu of the following:— General Rate of 3d in the £. Town Hall Special Rate of 12/33d in the £. Road Loan Special Rate of 21/33d in the £. Waterworks Loan Special Rate of lid in the £. Non-Consumers’'Water of -Id in the £. Water by Motor, 1/- per 1000 gallons in Town. Area, payable half-yearly, minimum half-yearly charge £1 10/-. The foregoing said Rates to be on the unimproved value of all rateable properties appearing in the Valuation Roll of the Town District, of Onerahi for the time being in force, and for the period commencing on the First Day of April, 1931, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1932, and payable in each case in one sum on the 14th day of August, 193.1, at the Board’s Office, in the Town Hall, to the Board’s collector for the tiimj being. That the Onerahi Town Board here!by further resolves that an additional 10 per centum shall be aylded to all Rates unpaid at the expiration of Six mouths and fourteen days from the demand thereof and shall be payable id recoverable accordingly. That the Estimates and Receipts id Expenditure for the said period, e Valuation Roll for the said Disict, and the Rate Book for the said riod, are open for inspection at this jard’s Office, during office hours.
