LIFE INSURANCE FRAUD. A STRANGE STORY. (Received 11.30 a.m.) BUCHAREST, April 8. A remarkable new life insurance fraud has been revealed, following the finding of a merchant named Rudolph Steinser on a railway embankment in a dying condition, with his head battered. He refused, on his deathbed, to disclose the name of his assailant, .and suspicion was aroused. Though impecunious, Steinser had insured his life for £12,000 in favour of his wife. It was then discovered that the dead man had hired a young upholsterer named Fischel to murder him for a consideration of £IOOO, but the address given for the collection of the money proved bogus. Fischel’s only reward was Steinser’s gold watch. He was tracked to Vienna, where ho confessed to the plot, and was arrested;
