Mr F. Brennan, Federal AttorneyGeneral, has warned tho shipowners j that the Government’s regulation is j srill valid, notwithstanding tho Seni.ate’s rejection, . The shipowners, however, have been ’advised differently, and have decided ito put the regulation to the test. [Litigation is likely.
