The New Zealand editors, who arrived at Winnipeg on Sunday en route for -England, condemned the three cent import tax to be levied on New Zealand butter. ' Mr A. E. Manning, editor Of the “Waikato Times,” considered ithe proposal iniquitous and expressed the belief that it would lead to reprisals on the part of New Zealand.
