AIRMEN ARRIVE, A DOUBTFUL STARTER

(Per Press Association.—^Copyrnfm./ WELLINGTON, This Day. Messrs Goodwin and Chichester’s Avro-Avian, with Captain Bolt in charge and Mr Goodwin as a pass'enger, arrived yesterday at 3.15 o’clock from Christchurch.

The next to arrive was Captain Burrell in a Gloster Glebe from Blenheim.

Captain Hall arrived with his wife from Hororata at ten o’clock this morning and Mr Mill came in threequarters of an hour later. Captain White left by motor this morning to bring in his plane from Martinborough.
