I The ex-Kaiser has instituted a libel suit against a Democratic Berlin newspaper, which alleged that he was financially interested in a former Krupp’s works from which the army was ' exclusively suplied with arms of inferior quality to the enormous benefit of the ex-Kaiser’s private purse at the expense of’ Gorman lives.
