The retrial of Peter Francis Wilkie, on a charge of failing to account for the sum of £537 to his employers, Messrs Bate and Bell Ltd., was concluded in the -Supreme Court yesterday, the. jury returning a verdict of guilty. Wilkie was remanded for sentence and in the meantime the Crown Prosecutor is seeking instructions from the Solici-tor-General in reference to other charges against Wilkie, A later message states that Wilkie was sentenced to three years’ imprisonment. ,
