SEPARATE STATE ACTION.

When the Federal Government has completely withdrawn from, industrial arbitration, the State Cabinet will take action in the coal dispute. A council of representatives of employers and employees will probably, bo set up to adjudicate on the mining trouble, and in the event of no settlement the Government will take action to ensure the carrying on of the industry.
