RELIEF STEPS TAKEN,

At its first Cabinet meeting the new Government decided to take isteps for the issue of an ‘Order-iin-Council to suspend the rural workers’ award. It is believed that this moans the re-employment shortly of hundreds of rural workers in south-eastern Queensland alone.
