Harry Newman, aged 37, was sentenced to nine months’ imprisonment with. hard labour and also lined' £2OO, in default twelve months, for having cocaine in liis possession: A A. remarkable allegation was made by Detective Wickhaln to the effect that accused suggested, with Wickham’,s help, that he could corner the drug market and within two years Wickham could retire.’
