TROUBLESOME FIREMEN
IMPRISONMENT AWARDED. (Per Press Association.—Copyright.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Three firemen of the liner Kia Ora who were stated to have given trouble throughout the voyage—John Williams, George Watson and James Scott —were today charged with having been absertt from the ship yesterday during working hours without permission. They were fined two days’ pay, sentenced to .seven days and ordered to be placed aboard should the steamer sail sooner.
