The Riga correspondent of the “Times” says that Moscow is today celebrating the tenth anniversary of the foundation of the Red International with numerous demonstrations and meetings.
The newspapers publish 40 new officially prescribed revolutionary slogans and inscriptions for banners and placards the first of which hails the Red International as organised world revo-. lution.
The newspaper “Pravda” congratulates the Red International on ten years’ ruthless war without a minute’s cessation, producing important strikes and riots in numerous eoun. tries in Europe, North and South America, India and elsewhere.
It declares that the Red International now possesses firmly established centres in 57 countries and will go on to still greater victories.
