A ROAD PULLMAN
m;otor transport progress, AN AMAZING ADVANCE. (Australian Press Association.) (Received 2.18 p.m.) LONDON* October 10. The amazing advance in road transport is shown by the departure today of a Pullman motor coach, on a service from London to Cardiff. The fittings include armchairs, writing tables, wireless, a cloakroom, central heating and automatic cigarette machines. Novels and periodicals will be in plentiful supply. The coach will accommodate 20 passengers and will call at Henley, Oxford, Burford, Cheltenham, Gloucester and Monmouth. The coach will leave London at 9 in the morning and reach. Cardiff at 5.30.
The annual Motor Show will open at Olympia tomorrow. It is expected that features will be medium priced six-cylinders and many new “baby” cars.
