(Australian Press Association.) (Received 8.18 a.m.) SYDNEY, October 10. The case in which George Henry Jackson sought divorce on the ground of his ’ wife’s alleged misconduct with Ballantyne at Mina and Cheviot (New Zealand) ended today, after a fortnight’s hearing, in dismissal of the petition. •
