DAYLIGHT SAVING
UNPOPULAR IN BUSH DISTRICT.
PAHIATUA, This Day,
The directors of the Eexdale Dairy Company unanimously resolved that Daylight Saving has proved a failure and that it is definitely against the interests of the farming community. The Prime Minister is to be requested to use his powers in preventing the operation of the Act in the future. It is understood that every local dairy company is against the measure and it is probable that the Dairy Factories’ Association w T ill be .requested to convey a united protest to the Government.—Press Assn. <
