EMPIRE FOODSTUFFS
HOLLAND PARK EXHIBITION.
NEW ZEALAND TAKING PART.
(Received 9 a.m.) LONDON, November 8.
The Empire Marketing Board will be the biggest exhibitor, with 2,500 square feet .of space, at the Universal Cookery arid Pood Exhibition at Holland Park, lasting a fortnight from December 15, for a display of Empire foodstuffs, including Australian dried and canned fruits, wine, honey and apples, and New Zealand fruits, butter, cheese, honey and Toheroa soup. The competition, in which the army, Navy and Air Force have entered, requires 99 per cent, of Empire ingredients.
The London School of Cookery will give demonstrations of cooking Empire foodstuffs, including plum puddings from a recipe prepared by the King’s chef.—A. and N.Z.
