UNPAID SOLDIERS MUTINY. RINGLEADERS DECAPITATED. (Received 10.20 a.m.)', SHANGHAI, November 2. Two hundred disgruntled Nationalist soldiers being , shipped from Shanghai to Foochow on a Chinese steamer, nvutined as the vessel was leaving harbour, overpowered the officers and demanded arrears of wages amounting to 40 cents apiece. They stopped the vessel and compelled the crew to return to the wharf. Thus far it was a bloodless affair. The local military authorities, however, boarded the vessel and arrested two ringleaders, who were beheaded immediately. Forty cents were paid to the remainder and the vessel departed.—A. and N.Z.
