ASPECT COMPLETELY CHANGED. . (Received 10.26 a.m.) TOKYO, January 21. The Opposition decided to -withdraw the vote of no-confidence. The entire political situation has undergone an unexpected change as a result of the Premier’s effort to reach an understanding; consequently it is believed that the threat of the Diet’s dissolution will be averted.—A. and N.Z.
