FURTHER REMAND

ALLEGED SHEEP KILLING. When the ease against Thomas Donovan and ,James Penman Moyle for an alleged attempt to kill a sheep was called at the Magistrate’s Court this morning, a further adjournment was applied for by Mr. Crimp, who appeared for the accused. His Worship, M!r. E. W. Tate, S.M., remanded the accused to Monday, March 1, and admitted them to bail as before.
