AUCKLAND, This Day. , ? An action for damages arising out of a collision between a motor bus and a motor car on June 3 was heard at the Supreme Court. The jury awarded Arthur J. Laird, bus conductor, £452 damages against Samuel Trevor Dribble (surveyor), driver of the motor car. Judgment was entered accordingly.— I Press Assn.
