A PROLIFIC SOW
Mr, Hugh Glen, of Tariki, Taranaki, has a remarkably prolific sow on 1 his farm. She recently produced a litter of twenty pigs, each being healthy, and well developed, there. not being one that can be dubbed a weed. The sow, which is of no special breed, is not over long iii the body. She-was bought cheaply, in the Stratford sale pens at a weekly salesome three years ago. This is her third litter, the previous ones having comprised eight and ten.
