Some idea of the extent of the control of the Auckland Education Board may bo gleaned from the fact that a third of the p.upils in New Zealand State schools come under its jurisdiction. With the exception of three students the Board has now placed in schools all who passed through the training college last year. Headers will notice in our advertising columns that D. W.
