BOARD DECLINES CONTROL. AUCKLAND, This Day. The Hospital Board’s Finance Committee .recommended that, in view of the loss on the St. Helen’s hospital of £6400 last year and £5923 in the previous year, it should not be taken over by the board. The recommenda tion was adopted.—Press Assn.
