The "Times' " Paris correspondent says that France proposes to restore to the Soviet the ships formerly commanded by General Wrangel, for a long time interned at Bizerta.
It is understood that the Government intends to .give effect to the J recommendation of the Committee tof thfr. House of Deputies to treat tlij® ' ships separately from the question of fettling Russia's pre-war debts.
