Under the heading of "Topics in Will Street," the New York "Times' says: "Aside from its importance es financial development, the Australian lean to be floatet soon in New Yoi;lc is attracting attention because of the st:mulus to trade which it is cxpected to cause. While a large part of the funds raised here will be required for refunding purposes in Australia, tho operation is likely to open up markets in the Commonwealth for many lines of American products." The terms of the Australian loan are es pec-ted to be announced this week, lhe amount is variously estimated at 50,000,000 to 100,000,000 dollars—A. and N.Z.
