The Arbitration Court reserved it's decision in the Wellington waterside dispute as to whether harbour Board ■ men receiving* cargo from., a hatch ' tfhcr'MTfi inflammable oils aire, stored, but hbt being worked, or from which one gang is discharging such oils, are entitled to the oil rate of pay under the j watersiders' award and under Decision i 33 of the National Disputes Committee.
The Court also reserved its decision 111 the Lyttelton dispute 'as to whether -the men were entitled to. an extra rate of pay for trimming' coal discharged fi'om the Waikawa by a transporter grab, irrespective of whether they were working in the hold where the
transporter grab was at work, or not —Press Assn.
