HORA HORA V. Y.M.C.A.
EASY WIN FOR LATTER. This match resulted in a decided win for Y.M.C.A. by 23 points to nil. The winners were superior in all departpartments of the game. In the first quarter Trevurza scored, a try and Broomfield kicked a penalty goal from fairly long range. In the second quarter the Hora Hora team held their opponents fairly well and no further score was registered. Failure to follow up was responsible for Hora Hora not scoring in this spell. The third quarter was all in favour of Y.M.C.A., Tobin and Trevurza being tho try-getters, though neither score was converted. Broomfield scored early in the last spell after a nice solo effort and Riley converted liis
try. Further tries by Winstanley ond Richards were obtained before time was called, both of which were unconverted. Mr Hollis was in charge of the game.
