LYCEUM TONIGHT. An interesting picture of the trials and tribulations of an actress is presented here in "The "World's Stage," written by Elinor Glyn, and. to be presented at the Lyceum Theatre tonight. The authoress has penned » simple document — one filled with human interest and sentiment and carrying enough conflict for dramatic purposes. There are no bizarre scenes! such as you mght expect from the Eng* lish novelist. Instead she merely] takes you behind the footlights, be-t hind the studio sets and shows yorf that the people of the make-believe world are as human as folks in other, walks of life. 623
