FOR OTAGO AND SOUTHLAND. DUNEDIN, This Day. Mr Fred. Waite, of Wairoa South, has been appointed Reform organiser for Otago and Southland. Mr Waite is a fanner, but he served with distinction at the war, attaining the rank of major. He wrote a history of New Zealand war activities. —Press Assn.
