SOVIET ESPIONAGE. DESPITE TREATY CONCLUSION. VISITORS INTERCEPTED. (Received 9 a.m.) LONDON, August 23. Despite conclusion of the treaty the British Government has found it necessary to protest to the Soviet against indignities suffered by the British Charge d' Affaires in Moscow. His office is daily watched by spies and Secret Service men who intercept visitors, especially Russians, and try to ascertain the reasons for their visits and the nature of the conversations. M.
