The visit to Whangarei on Saturday of a team of golfers from the Waitemata Club (Auckland) gave the members of the Whangarei Golf Club a very pleasant day's outing. Singles were played in the morning and doubles in the afternoon, the Whangarei players being four matches up on the whole day's play.
