DISABLED STEAMER.
LOCATED BY TUGBOAT,
WELLINGTON, This Day
The small coastal steamer Wootton, 151 tons, which left Lyttelton at 6 p.m. on Thursday for Wellington, signalled the Maori that she had broken down. A wireless from the Maori notified that the Wootton was seven miles off the Heads. The Pelican was sent out to look for her and picked her up some time after midnight.—Press Assn.
