DELIBERATIONS CONCLUDED. MEMORIAL SUNDAY. WELLINGTON, This Day. The South African War Veterans' Association conference ended after a deputation had interviewed Mr. Massey and placed the desires of the Association before him, receiving a sympthetic reply. The final session discussed matters concerning the organisation of the Association. It was deeided that the first Sunday in June of each year should be Memorial Sunday, round which South African veteran ceremonies will circle. The next conference will be held at Dunedin during the Exhibition period.—Press Assn.
