WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP. PADDON-FELTON CONTEST. (Received 9 a-m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The race between Jim Paddon (holder) and Alf Folton (challenger) for the world rowing title and £500 a side has been definitely fixed to take place on the Brisbane River on August 12. The race will be decided over the measured three-miles course on which the inter-State eight-oar races are rowed, from Parker Island to a point below the Bulimba ferry, on an incoming tide.—A. and N.Z.
