A message from Chihuahua, Mexico, says that General Francisco Pancho Villa, former bandit chief and commander of 35,000 rebel troops in Northern Mexico, was shot and killed by hi 3 secretary, whom the chieftain's adherents killed in the ensuing battle. —A. and N.Z.
