A preliminary inquiry into allegations brought by the Carterton School Committee against the loyalty of a teacher at Carterton school, Miss J. Park, was opened to-day by members of the Education Board. Despite the representations of the school committee, the members of the Board decided to hold the inquiry in committee. —Press Assn.
