DISTURBED AND SQUALLY Mr Clement I* Wragge telegraphed to the "Advocate" at 9 a.m. today as follows. — Forecast for four days—Weather still very unsettled, squally and veering, owing to northern extensions of the big Antarctic disturbance Xilomon. Winds between north-north-west and west, later veering southwest, with fine conditions following early in the week. Heavy seas meantime, especially on the west coast.
