A TWO-UP SCHOOL.
STALKED BY POLICE
FOxTON, This Day. Constables Owen and O'Donoghue stalked and raided a two-up school on the target reserve yesterday afternoon and took th names of 36 local and outside participants. The rendezvous is well sheltered, at the foot, of a dand ridge and surrounded by a jungle of lupin. The police worked their way through the lupin to the top of the ridge, from which they watched the operations for. upwards of two hours, identifying the persons and recording their names. Subse. quently they came on the scene - through a track, when the majority ' of the participants scattered in all directions. The rendezvous is . a leased borough reserve near th© racecourse, about half a mile from the main road. —Press Assn.
