THE COMBINED TEAMS.
The selectors have chosen the following teams for Christmas Day and Boxing Day respectively:— (Marsden-'Whangarei.—Jß, Arneill, R. A. Barnsdale, L. J. Broomfield* H, (Carey, A, G. Crickett (captain), S. (Cromwell, A. €. 'Drever, B. Findlay, H Flewellyn, J. Lees, F. Murdoch. Emergencies*—T. Kerr, G. Woods, S. 'Telfer. Bowie, W. S. Colbeck, F. Draffin* E. J. Gosling (captain), A. C Guest, W. Mason, 3. McKenzie, J. W. Murray, H. J. Richards, E. Whimp. Emergency —R. Martin. 'The selectors jwere informed that W. Drummomf, G. Boggs, and J. McDowell were not- available for any of the matches. iSome of the members of the country team have been chosen without the selectors knowing,definitely, whether they will foe able to play. Any of .the chosen players who is unable to attend should inform the ss/> retary ((Mr.L. J. (Broomfield, Walton street) at once. 'Jn the event of hi' sufficient Manjgapai and Onerahi players (being available on Boxing Day vacancies will foe filled Iby town play--1 era. The names of those -chosen to represent th e Whangarei Association in I the two days' match will be announced on Boxing Day-. The town players and any members |of the other team who can do so are to attend practice each evening* this ' week at the High iSchool ground.
