EMPLOYEES' DANCE,
A most enjoyable dance' was held under the auspices of the above in the Waikiekie hall last Friday. Mr T. G. Hobbs made an efficient chairman, and the duties of M.C. were well carried out by Mr G. Rountree. The musjc was supplied by Steve Vulenovich. The hall was comfortably filled &W V most pnjdyable time was spent. The ladies provided a sumptuous supper and the party broke up in the early hours of the morning, THE DAIRY SEASON. The warm and moist weather lately experienced has brought the feed on splendidly and the majority of dairy farmers report heavy milking. PERSONAL. Miss E. Hilford, of Ngatea, is making a holiday visit <to Waiotira, wliore she is the guest of Mrs F. C. Hilford.
